How do I know Transfer Millán is a trustworthy company?
Transfer Millán is a legally registered private passenger transport company operating in Malaga, fully compliant with all current regulations regarding transport, civil liability insurance and data protection. Founder Juan Antonio Millán Moral personally selects every driver and oversees the maintenance of the entire fleet.
Where does the driver meet me at Malaga Airport?
Your driver waits at the Cafétería La Manon, in the arrivals area of Terminal 3 at Malaga Airport (AGP), holding a sign with your name. We monitor your flight in real time — if it lands early or late, we adjust automatically at no extra cost.
Do you have child car seats and how much do they cost?
Yes. We carry approved child car seats for all ages. The supplement is €5.50 per seat. Each seat is professionally installed before every service and cleaned after each use. Simply let us know the child’s age and weight when booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We monitor all flights in real time so we know if your plane is running late before you even land. Your driver adjusts the pick-up time automatically. We do not apply any surcharge for flight delays.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer. If your plans change or your flight is modified, you can cancel or amend at no cost within that window. Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How do I pay for the transfer?
Payment is made by card through the online booking system, via a secure Stripe gateway. You receive an email receipt instantly and there is no need to carry cash.
Do you accept pets in the vehicle?
Yes, we accept pets with prior notice at booking. We ask that pets travel in a carrier or with an approved safety harness. There is no surcharge for pets.
What is the difference between a private transfer and a taxi from Malaga Airport?
With an airport taxi you pay by meter (the price varies with traffic and route), you queue at the taxi rank, and there is not always availability of large vehicles or child seats. With Transfer Millán, the price is fixed from booking, your driver waits personally at the terminal, the vehicle is high-end (Mercedes-Benz Vito or Tesla Model Y), and child seats are available at €5.50 per unit. For groups of 5 or more, a private transfer is often more economical than multiple taxis.
Do you operate transfers from the train station and cruise port as well?
Yes. In addition to Malaga Airport (AGP), we operate from María Zambrano Train Station and Malaga Cruise Port. For cruise passengers, we organise direct hotel transfers and half-day or full-day excursions to Malaga, Ronda, Granada and other Andalusian destinations.
How far in advance should I book?
