Of course. You can check availability, request a quote or clear up any doubt with no commitment. We only confirm the booking once you tell us to.
How long do you take to reply?
During operating hours we typically reply within 30 minutes by phone. Emails are answered throughout the working day.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once you complete your booking, you'll receive an email with your booking number and all the service details: assigned vehicle, pickup time and location, destination and total price.
Do I pay in advance or at the end of the trip?
Payment is made in advance through our online booking system, using the secure Stripe payment gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. For any modification, please contact us by phone or email with your booking number.
Do you offer waiting time after the pickup hour?
Yes. For general pickups (hotels, addresses, agreed locations) we offer a 15-minute grace period. For pickups at Málaga Airport, our driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the agreed time, enough to collect your luggage and clear airport controls.
Is there a charge for child seats?
Yes. Approved child seats and boosters cost an extra €5.50 per seat. Please tell us the child's age and weight when booking so we can prepare the correct model.
Do you only operate in Málaga city?
No. We cover the entire Costa del Sol (Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Nerja, Torremolinos…) and the main Andalusian destinations: Granada, Seville, Córdoba, Ronda, Cádiz, Jerez, Gibraltar and many more.
